If cost is the obstacle

Tell us in your intake. Asking does not change how you are treated. No one is turned away for cost.

Your written estimate

Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to a written estimate of what your care will cost before it begins. You get one automatically and do not have to ask.

If the final bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. Keep a copy. More at cms.gov/nosurprises ↗

Does anything here bill me again?

Nothing bought on this site does. Checkout charges once, for what is in your basket. Where a price on a card reads as a monthly rate, that is the partner’s rate for a prescription line they sell, bill and ship themselves — any ongoing plan is started, changed and stopped with them.

How you can pay

Card. Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure page by Platform Health, the merchant of record for this practice, and nothing you type is stored on this site.
